What A Mess!

Last night we decided to let Cole feed himself dinner. I am trying to introduce "real" food to him so I thought I would start off with something simple like mac 'n cheese with peas and carrots. He loved it and most of it did end up in his mouth despite his appearance in the pictures below. After he ate about 3/4 of the meal, dinner time turned into play time. He did get food on his face and hands while he was actually eating which is to be expected but the rest of the mess is from him rubbing his food in his high chair and then rubbing his body and head with the mush he just made. Good thing it was bath night!
