Tennis Camp

Cole has been dying to play tennis.  I looked in to it and of course you need to join a tennis club and pay thousands of dollars in fees, dues and equipment.  Well, we weren't willing to spend that kind of money so Cole can decide if he likes playing tennis and wants to continue with it.  So, we went the other extreme.  I found a super cheap, one week camp and signed him up.  You definitely get what you pay for.  It was unorganized and not long enough for the kids to really learn, practice and grasp the things they were being taught.  He did learn the different swings and a few techniques so it wasn't a total loss.  He did say that he wants to play tennis all the time, get a coach and practice really hard so he can be really good.  We shall see.  I am up for whatever he decides he wants to pursue.

You should ask my mom for the name of the guy who gave Travis lessons-he did private lessons at public tennis courts and that way they didn't have to pay for club fees.
